Do we need to install anything?
No. Logistics Os runs in the browser: office on a desktop, godown on any phone. We create your company's own branded login link for you.
How long does setup take?
Within 24 hours of your first call. We build the workspace with you the same day — branded login, stations, parties and team access — and your team runs the day from the next morning.
What will staff need to learn?
We show your team the relevant workflow. POD staff use a short phone flow: choose the location, photograph the signed POD and send it. The office uses familiar register and challan terms in English and Hindi.
How is our company data separated?
Each company works in its own workspace. Individual accounts and roles control who can see and change records.
What about e-way bills?
Enter the e-way bill number and validity while booking. The workspace watches expiry and sends reminder alerts before a bill lapses, so the team can extend it in time. Message delivery depends on provider activation.
What about invoices and GST?
